Defining Leadership

I am a visual person.  Graphics appeal to me.  The simpler the better.

Today I read an article regarding Leadership by Lou Adler, The Adler Group.  The graphic was simple.

He wrote that if napkin were bigger he would have expanded this to "The Less Simple Formula for Assessing Leadership = Identify the Problem, Find a Solution, Develop a Workable Plan, Inspire Others, Deliver the Results"

I needed to see this graphically, so I went to my wipeboard and and came up with the following:

Today I was embroiled in coming up with a plan, the problem was I hadn't identified the "problem" or the "solution" yet.
